Request for Refund

Patrons may request a refund if their card was debited during a photocopy or print job and a poor copy resulted due to equipment defect. The library will not reimburse patrons due to user error. Please make sure the correct paper tray is selected on the copier and PUT THE COVER DOWN. Paper jams that resulted from cover up will not be refunded.

Incomplete information will delay your request.
