The USM Card is issued from the Campus Card Office located at 4 Payson Smith, Portland. Students must visit the Circulation desk with their card to activate their account. Library Cards for General Public Anyone may use the Garbrecht Law Library. Following registration for a library card, anyone may borrow materials from the Law Library. Register for a library card at the Circulation desk by filling out a registration form and present proof of identification. Circulation Staff will then assign each patron a unique bar coded library card, which must be presented to borrow books. If you choose to purchase a GUESTcard for copying and printing purposes, the circulation attendant can program it to be your library card. See circulation policies. Updated 10/31/03
